Fund Information
Participating in funds managed by Tethys Capital is only possible on the basis of the formal prospectus of the relevant fund which can be obtained at Tethys Capital, free of charge. The investment funds reflected on the website are intended to be offered to investors in the Netherlands only, or where allowed under the applicable (regulatory) regimes in the relevant country. Investors in investment funds need to realise that their investment in investment funds is subject to various risks and that the historic returns do not guarantee any positive future returns. The value of the investments fluctuates and can increase and decrease. In addition, changes in currency rates can have an effect on the value of the investments.
Tethys – Alpheus Investment Management B.V. is currently the manager of the Tethys – Alpheus Fund. Neither the fund, nor Tethys – Alpheus Investment Management B.V. is subject to supervision of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten) or the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.) as it makes use of an exemption pursuant to the Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht).

Information regarding the Tethys-Alpheus Fund may only be communicated to a Sophisticated Investor under the article 50 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotions) Order 2005 ("FPO"), in which case the Fund is exempt from the general restriction (in section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) on the communication of invitations or inducements to engage in investment activity. In order for an individual to prove that he/she is a Sophisticated Investor under the Article 50 of the FPO the individual must:
- Obtain a certificate signed by an authorised person to the effect tha the individual is sufficiently knowledgeable to understand the risks associated with that description of investment; and
- Sign a statement complying with Article 50 (1)(b) of the FPO
